Casualty Series 32

I was the graphic designer on all 44 episodes of Series 32 of Casualty, based at BBC Roath Lock in Cardiff. This was my first full series as the graphic designer on Casualty and it gave me the opportunity to develop my skills within the Art Department as well as to pursue new additions to my skillset, such as video games, interactives and motion graphics.

Episode 1 & 2

The series opener for Casualty Series 32 was set in Northern France, so it was a good opportunity to design graphics for French Ambulances, police cars, number plates, beers, wine as well as generic medical graphics

Episode 8

For this episode of Casualty I created an Interactive Video Game using blender for 3d modelling, visual studio for C# and Unity as a game engine.

Episodes 24-28

The Rage in Resus storyline was a large part of series 32 of Casualty. As well as creating mobile and desktop still user interfaces within photoshop I created animations in after effects and interactive graphics within animate, which were exported to a exe file and could be used by an actor on set.

Outside of my work in Film and Television I have worked with various corporate clients from logo design and stationary, print design, e-shots, responsive web design as well as video and motion graphics. 

I’ve worked with clients such as Audi, Ford, Seat, Skoda and Volkswagen strictly following there brand guidelines to produce high end content as well as producing graphics for medium and small businesses. 

Audi Q2 Preview Film

I filmed this Audi Q2 Preview Film at the Preview Event in Bristol, for Mon Motors Youtube Channel. Shot on a Canon DSLR with an 18 – 135mm lens and edited in Premiere and After Effects. Encoded with Media Encoder for online streaming.

60 Second Virtual Test Drive – Audi Q3 S Line Plus

Part of a series of films based around the concept of a 60 second virtual test drive for new vehicles – highlighting there key features and attributes.

The call to action at the end of the video was to prompt the view decide whether to arrange a test drive or to find out more information about the vehicle.
